During this time, we have implemented hundreds of steel structure projects around the world. We take care of everything from production documentation to the final realization of the project. The establishment of WINFER. From this moment, we are driven by a passion for steel structures, diligent work, and continuous growth.
We built our own production facilities, which laid a solid foundation for further expansion of the company.
Tipping point: the Bekaert project, which taught us to work according to the strictest quality standards. Collaboration with Strabag and investments in new technologies opened doors to new markets and projects in the energy industry.
Significant capacity expansion with a new hall measuring 2,582 m² designated for assembly and welding work. The construction of new administrative spaces for production management has increased the efficiency and coordination of teams.
We launched our first official web presentation and began building a strong online identity.
Further expansion of facilities allowed us to increase production volume, optimize logistics processes, and streamline the organization of individual workshops.
A new generation enters company management, bringing modern management methods. Additionally, we installed a continuous shot blaster Rösler RRB 22/5 with 6 turbines, which ensures perfect surface preparation before further treatment.
Launch of a new version of the website with improved functionality, providing clients with a detailed overview of our products and services.
Strategic enlargement of the site by an additional 1,582 m². This investment was necessary to maintain high-quality production and support the implementation of further innovations.
Reference Mercedes-Benz (Kecskemét, Hungary): Implementation of a monumental stamping building covering 23,000 m², for which we provided and installed 1,600 tons of steel structure.
Expansion with another DMC Twinportal machine featuring a plasma cutting table in pure dimensions of 27 x 2.5 m. The system is equipped with a Hypertherm 300 source and a propane cutting head, allowing us to process oversized projects with high efficiency.
Revolutionary technology of autonomous assembly. Implementation of a unique automated component placement system for high constructions. The technology allows for precise fitting of parts at heights without manual human assistance. The system was successfully tested in Georgia, where we achieved a record efficiency: 200 towers in a single day.
We are modernizing our machinery with the innovative CNC system FICEP Gemini HPE with a working area of 12 x 2.5 m. This center for drilling and cutting sheet metal combines acetylene and plasma cutting with the advanced Hypertherm XPR300 source. This investment allows us to achieve extreme precision when processing complex details and significantly shorten delivery times by integrating multiple processes into one operation.
