In our manufacturing center, we combine the strength of traditional engineering with cutting-edge laser technology. Thanks to state-of-the-art equipment from Ficep and DMC, we can process steel profiles with unparalleled precision, speed, and versatility.

Tube Laser DMC with a power of 12 kW Fiber Power, which ranks among the absolute best in the region. This technological giant effortlessly handles thick-walled materials, pipes, and profiles up to a diameter of 340 mm. We execute complex locks, openings, and custom shapes in a single pass with surgical precision. The result is parts with a clean cut that require no further drilling or grinding.

The unique large-format laser DMC Slovakia. With a monumental working area of 27 x 2.5 meters, we can process oversized components in one piece, which is key for the integrity of bridge structures and long beams. This technology allows us to continuously process entire series of plates without interruption, ensuring maximum efficiency even in high-volume production.

Ficep Gemini (12 x 2.5 m): A versatile machining center that far exceeds the capabilities of regular plasma. In one cycle, it combines drilling, thread cutting, milling, and plate marking, ensuring perfect geometry and precision of every detail.

Ficep Valiant: Our flagship for complex 3D operations, allowing simultaneous drilling and milling of profiles from three sides at once. It is the ideal choice for the most demanding construction tasks and professional edge preparation for welding with uncompromising quality.

Ficep 1101 DZB: A robust saw-drilling center designed for cutting and drilling in one line. The combination of precise band sawing with high-performance drilling guarantees millimeter accuracy even when processing oversized beams in record time.

In our production, we emphasize maximum precision and efficiency. Therefore, when drilling cut plates, we rely on the world leader – Ficep technology. By utilizing the P27 and P51 models, we can process even the most demanding orders with guaranteed quality and speed.
